Common questions

What's included in the free tier?
Every plan includes a handful of free messages per day across all products — Chat, Quorum, Research, and Agents. No credit card required to get started. When you hit the daily limit, upgrade to keep going.
How do credits work?
Credits are shared across all Nexus products. A Chat message uses fewer credits than a Quorum query (which queries multiple models). Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and usage is tracked in your dashboard.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. If annual billing is important for your team, reach out and we'll work something out.
What does self-hosted mean?
Enterprise customers can deploy Nexus tools on their own infrastructure. No data leaves your network. We handle setup, configuration, and ongoing support. You get full control with your own branding.
